Who we are
Diaz Electrical & Contracting Service (“Diaz Electrical”, “we”) is a licensed electrical contractor in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This policy covers this website, ramonndiaz.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the quote form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, the type of work, and your message.
Like any web server, ours briefly records technical request data (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Customer details from the form are not written to these logs.
How we use it
To contact you about your request: to call or email you back, prepare a quote, and schedule work. Each request is also emailed to our business inbox so we can respond quickly.
We don’t sell your information, share it with anyone for their marketing, or send you marketing ourselves.
Where it’s kept
Quote requests are stored on a secured cloud server (Microsoft Azure, United States) and in the business email inbox that receives quote notifications (sent through Microsoft Azure’s email service). Access is limited to the business owner and the person who maintains the website.
Cookies and tracking
The public site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for our own staff admin page.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Google sign-in (staff only)
Our staff admin page uses Google sign-in only to confirm the email address of authorized staff. Website visitors never sign in with Google, and we don’t access visitors’ Google accounts.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the staff member’s email address and don’t access Gmail or any other Google account data.
Your choices and contact
To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, call (616) 304-6540 or send a note through the quote form.
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
